At Plant Station, we aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. Some products may require extra time to prepare — please check the product page or contact our team for more details. You will always receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
We strive to deliver all shipped orders by 10 PM on the same day. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning your order to us.
In cases where delivery is not possible (e.g., incorrect address or unreachable area), our team or delivery partners will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you within 3 days of shipping, the order will be returned.
Our top priority is to deliver a plant that is:

Free of damage or distress
Completely pest-free
Each plant is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure this.
All orders include a standard delivery fee, unless your order meets the minimum free delivery value (visible in your cart).

Currently, Plant Station operates online only. We do not yet offer in-store pickup.
At this time, we only ship within the UAE and do not ship internationally (including GCC countries).
When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at hi@plantstation.ae with your name and order number.
Since we ship live plants, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked. Whether you changed your mind or had an issue with your order, we’ll provide a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right with a refund, exchange, or replacement.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time:

Attempt redelivery, or
Issue a refund/exchange.
If we cannot locate your order:
Refund your payment, or
Send a replacement.
