At Plant Station, we take great pride in delivering only the healthiest and highest-quality plants. Every plant is carefully handpicked and thoroughly inspected before dispatch — if it’s not a plant we’d proudly display in our own space, it doesn’t leave our nursery. 🌿

No Returns or Exchanges on Plants

Because plants are living, perishable items that can be affected by environmental conditions beyond our control, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any plants once they’ve been delivered.

We encourage you to carefully review your order and reach out to us before purchasing if you have any questions about plant care, size, or suitability for your space — our team is always happy to help! 💚

Damaged or Unhealthy Plants

In the unlikely event that your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@plantstation.ae with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the plant and packaging

Our team will review your case and, if the issue occurred during delivery or due to a mistake on our part, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges for Non-Plant Items

For non-plant products (such as pots, planters, tools, or fertilizers):

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Email sales@plantstation.ae with your order number and item details to initiate a return.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned items are received and verified. Please note, your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
