Returns & Exchanges – Plant Station

At Plant Station, we take pride in sending out only the healthiest and highest-quality plants. Every plant is carefully inspected before dispatch — if it’s not a plant we’d proudly display in our own space, it doesn’t leave our nursery. 🌱

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.

How to Request a Return

To arrange a return, simply email us at hi@plantstation.ae with:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for return (e.g., changed my mind, not as pictured, etc.)

  • A picture of the item(s) to confirm eligibility

Once we receive your request, our team will arrange a pickup within 1–2 business days. After we collect your plant, we’ll process your return and refund the amount to your original payment method.

How to Request an Exchange

To exchange an item, email us at hi@plantstation.ae with:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you’d like to exchange

  • The plant/product you’d like instead

  • A photo of the item(s), to confirm eligibility

We’ll schedule a pickup within 1–2 business days. When we collect your item, we’ll deliver the replacement at the same time.

Notes for Exchanges:

  • If the new item is higher in value, we’ll send you an invoice to confirm payment before delivery.

  • If the new item is lower in value, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible:

  • Plants must still be in their original nursery pot (or the pot provided by Plant Station).

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Plants must not be altered (e.g., pruned, cut, repotted, or damaged).

  • Plants must not have been placed outdoors unless advised by Plant Station.

  • Plants must be returned in their original packaging with all materials included.

Please Note:

  • Each plant/order is eligible for one exchange within the 14-day window.

  • Returns/exchanges are not applicable on promotional, customized, or gifted items.

  • Some flowering plants (e.g., Calla Lilies) have a shorter lifespan; these must be returned within 24 hours of receiving them.

  • For consumable products (like fertilizers), items must be unused and packaging unopened.

Refunds

Once we confirm the eligibility of your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note, your bank or card provider may take some time to process the refund.

Refund Charges:

  • If the return/exchange is due to an error by Plant Station (e.g., damaged on arrival, incorrect size), no fee will apply.

  • For all other returns (e.g., customer changed their mind), a 23 AED return fee will be deducted. Plant Station reserves the right to waive this fee at its discretion.

Damaged or Unhealthy Plants

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please email us with photos. Our experts may provide care advice to help revive the plant. If the issue cannot be resolved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
